Product Introduction
The TonKor Steel Single Pile Driven Ground Mount uses rammed steel piles as the foundation, eliminating concrete work and accelerating schedules on sites that allow piling. All primary members are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized structural steel for long service life in harsh outdoor environments. Slotted base plates and multi-axis brackets deliver generous on-site adjustability so rows stay straight even with normal piling tolerances or uneven terrain. The system supports framed or frameless modules in portrait or landscape and integrates smoothly with mainstream DC/AC designs for utility and commercial plants.

Key Advantages
◆Rapid, no-concrete build
Single-pile ramming minimizes civil work and shortens installation and commissioning time.
◆High structural capacity
Hot-dip galvanized steel members provide outstanding strength and corrosion resistance for long-term reliability.
◆Tolerant and adjustable
Slotted connections allow east-west and north-south fine-tuning after piling to keep arrays aligned.
◆Pre-engineered kit delivery
Project-specific kits ship labeled and partially pre-assembled, reducing on-site cutting, drilling, and rework.
◆Cost-effective for scale
Optimized member sizes and single-pile architecture lower material and labor costs on large projects.

Application Scope
◆Sites: open ground with soils suitable for pile driving (plains, reclaimed land, compact fills, etc.).
◆Modules & layouts: framed or frameless; portrait or landscape; tilt set per project to meet yield and clearance needs.
◆Projects: utility-scale plants, C&I ground arrays, areas targeting fast build and low LCOE.

Service & Support
◆Dedicated engineering (layout, pile schedule, bill of materials, and install guide).
◆Remote crew onboarding and prompt technical support during construction.
◆15-year product warranty with lifecycle technical assistance.

From Factory to Site — Fast, Traceable, Ready to Install
◆Steel parts: Coil → forming/welding → precision punching →hot-dip galvanizing → QC → kit packing → shipment.
◆Aluminum parts: Ingots → billets/extrusion → anodizing & finishing → QC → kit packing → shipment.
◆Assurance: Dimensional checks, coating thickness, weld tests.
◆Efficiency: Project-labeled kits cut on-site sorting and speed installation.
◆Result: Clean, corrosion-resistant components that fit first time.

Certified Reliability
Built in our own factory and deployed on rooftops and ground sites worldwide, every mounting kit is produced under ISO-certified processes and verified by third-party testing (CE/SGS). From extrusion/galvanizing to final QC and packing, we control the whole chain to ensure consistent quality and short lead times. Kits ship project-labeled with drawings and installation guides, backed by responsive engineering support and a 15-year product warranty.
